Hydrogen Home page

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe.
If it was not for Hydrogen life as we know it might not exist.

It was the initial Hydrogen burning after the "Big Bang", which led to the creation of the other subsequent elements, which are essential to life.

Hydrogen is probably the most unique element of them all as it can not be totally classified as either a metal, non-metal or a metalloid.

As you can see the chemistry of hydrogen is unique, and so its chemistry is diverse and covers a wide range of subjects.
